How to make yogurt- quick and easy way!

Everybody loves yogurt! It is a tasty and healthy food which contains probiotic bacteria that can improve your digestion and make you feel more comfortable during the day!


Now I'll share with you how to prepare yogurt at home. It is super easy and you need only two ingredients. You need a litter of regular or soy milk (if you prefer non-dairy option) and 2 capsules of probiotic like ProViotic.

ProViotic contains a unique strain of probiotic bacteria called Lactobacilus Bulgaricus GLB 44. This specific strain you can find only in the Balkans region and, if you have ever tried Greek or Bulgarian yogurt, this is the exact strain that makes the yogurt so different from the yogurt we have here in UK- namely the Greek yogurt is tick and with really full and nice taste. So, if you want to taste the difference and even be able to do it yourself keep reading.


You will need:

- 1 liter milk/soy milk

- 2 capsules ProViotic


How to make it:


Warm the milk to 40 degrees Celsius or to the temperature that is pleasantly warm for drinking.

Take 2 table spoons of the warm milk and put them in a mug or bowl. Open the ProViotic capsules and add the probiotic powder to the 2 table spoons of milk. Gently mix them until the powder dissolves in the milk. Then add the milk containing ProViotic to the rest of the milk and mix them well.


Now, find some jars or any non-metal dish and pour the mixture inside. Wrap the jars into a blanket (to keep the milk warm) and leave them for at least 12 hours (or through the night).


At the end, you should have yogurt that is tick, tasty and free of odd ingredients.
